Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

They will make you work like animals and you will get very less salary. For SME it's worst even if you are an associate you can earn something from perks and incentives.

There is nothing to like because of WFH during COVID I stayed in this company for long but now I am looking for options.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.
