But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. Please decide if want to retire your self and have good package already then TechM is a cool company for you. If you are aspirant and want to do something then please see here.

They should have to give proper compensation and help to the employees. They need to understand genuine problem of employees.
