But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. They should have to give proper compensation and help to the employees. They need to understand genuine problem of employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resingn on thel job training is not given to new joinees
