Salary comes on time & brand value

Dislikes

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

Couldn't find much.

Dislikes

Appraisal delayed to upto 9months. Currently year didn't happen yet. Every year since 2020 variable pay cuts undefined which technically reduces salary by 35-40% ctc annually with standard deductions. Which is a big problem with Tech Mahindra. And all of this happening unofficially & undiscussed & undisclosed. No one wants to speak about it no letter or email of why the payment cuts why variable pay was cancelled for quarters and quarters why the appraisals not happening.l whereas company is not operating at loss. A complete unethical brand.

That we were taken care of when it was lockdown. The decision makers of Tech Mahindra seems to be in good spirits and has great plans for all it's employees. However, those plans or benefits are getting lost in the middle somewhere and are not being able to reach the employees working at the bottom.

Dislikes

Doesn't value to tenure employee. Company is ready to hire people on higher package but can't offer the same to those who are tenure and working on same position. Appraisals are equal to April Fool only. Sorry to say this but fact

Appraisals are biggest issue while you work here… an employee working in this organisation will be unsure whether he will be getting an annual appraisal.
