#1. Huge bench streangth. Life changing ! You can enter different Technology projects if you are willing to put little effort being on bench. I joined TechM as a Change Mgmt. executive and was on bench for 5 months, later joined in a Japanese project as a PMP Project Manager. My life has changed since then. #2. Great job security. You can loose job only if you are a useless resourse. #3. Upscale IT Campuses across India. #4. Activities & cultural programs. Pune Hinjewadi & Bangalore campus feels like university vibe. #5. Many onsite opportunities.

... makes them a strong leader. These oldies dont even have Linked In profile. #3. I left the company due to poor compensation. No other disatisfaction.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

... in attitude. 3) Not much exposure to latest technologies,process and standards. If you are very lucky then you might good project 4) minimal salary hike 5) Organization hierarchy is not impressive. Roles of associates not wel l defined

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
