The training program for freshers is very good. Another thing i like here is Work life balance! There are a lot of activities and events every month in which you can participate or just attend and have fun. The main campus (hinjewadi pune) is beautiful.

... There is no tecnical growth here. Internal Appraisals and hike are negligible. The salary becomes very stagnant. They provide a good offer to laterals but the already existing employees get no hike.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
