Colleagues and Bosses I found initially very good bond with. Kind of easy going with my project.

Dislikes

Very poor management, bad salary hike, they prefer outside candidates with low salary but they are unable to give good hike to their existing employees who helped making their project successful. They do have budgets and high benefits from customers but they don't share it with employees. Also, I felt kind of discrimination while giving opportunities inspite of having skills set.

Likes

Work life balance and overall experience is good . Very good for freshers as they've the maximum opportunities to excel in respective projects also skill development and learning platform are present to get engaged.

Dislikes

Promotion and salary benefits are not as competitive as compared to the peers. Hikes are also on bit slower side.

... about the toxic culture. I really respect Tech Mahindra and what it stands for. that was the reason I wanted to join at whatever salary they were offering and was expecting the position that I applied for. And wanted to improve my skills in networking domain. But they lied about project description inorder to fool us and hired us for the tech support which i never applied for. Hope higher authorities of TM will take a proper survey and hire their employees ethically without showing fake description or making fool for good resource.

Organisation lied about the job description. Were recruiting for tech support not for the network engineer as they displayed. Was very toxic environment. Was not allowed to take a leave even I was sick. It was the worst organization I ever worked. where u r not even allowed to take a meal break until u finish the task. Not only that we were allowed to take only 5 minute of break for the washroom. When I came to know they were recruiting for tech support. I talked with the manager and was told they will shift me to the different department after a month ehich they lied. Tech Mahindra scammed their employees for a good resource. We were recruited for Netgear Tech support. Not for the project description they displayed on the naukri.com.

...hire and fire company.just useless to join to company don't have any benefits. If we are immediate join also they don't give any joining bonus also they will tell we have removed the policy. So unfare and unprofessional HR and BGV team. If you join in this company then you life is in risk. Management is so reckless and worst. They wont listen your words we must follow their rules other wise just fire.

Job security No benefits Unprofessional behavior HR and BGV Team. Lack of knowledge from BGV team. They don't to proper BGV and put our life's in risk. Management don't have any ethics and loyalty towards employee If we are bench they will fire. They don't have proper projects signed with agreement with client they just for projects and projects for terminated. They will say we have option leave from the company. Worst company in entire my life and I have spoiled my career by choosing this fraud company.

I feel as it's a good place to start as you will get to learn a lot initially and later same thing you can use if are applying for some other company. For WC I have given 4 as you will get a lot of support from your Team and Line Manager. Overall I can say it's a Good Company as interms of JS i have rates it as 4.

Dislikes

They pay less as per the work you handle and you don't get benefits for doing Overtime Or work on Weekends it's minimal.
