I liked very good life balance, job security, skill development portals, salary and all.

Dislikes

I didn't get band change in tech mahindra. When I joined as a U1 band as Jr.Software Engineer, while releaving the company after 4 years that time also my band was U1 with same designation.

*) Very very few projects for nagpur location. *) no learning and upskilling on trending technologies *) infrequent and time consuming appraisal cycle ( hike is less than peanuts)

They have give the option of work from home.

... in shifts. Families are at home. Income less. The increase in all the expenses. And in this situation they have reduced the salary . And no more hike this year ☹️

I am very happy to work with my teammates. They supported me a lot and I got a great opportunity to work at Techmahindra. This is the my first company and I learn a lot in provisional life and personal life.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours in a day. I saw some politics in the appraisal time.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
