...ulture, Employees in higher position in techM don't how to talk with associates. They increase work time without increasing salary. They expect you to do free work for them. No scope for growth. If you are working in BPO, you can't even tell you true salary, the salary is that low. And i couldn't able to know if techM increased my salary this year. This company give no respect, no hike. This company know how to take advantage of people's life by giving them less salary. Also male employees have physical and verbal fights every second day inside the campus.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP

In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department. They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented. When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.

...rocess is of SBI process the department name is SBI MOPS ( MERCHANT OPERATIONS). Let me start with advantage of the company as the company is providing proper salary means 26k inhand and if you are completing the proper mandate then you will get 3k extra i.e if in this month there are 30 days and 4 sundays then the 26 days are working days then if the 26 days mandate is completed then we will get the full 26 days salary means 26k inhand but if you see the original salary is 23k inhand thats the salary structure of this SBI MERCHANT DEPARTMENT and the as there was my collegue who had completed 4 years in that company was still working on same pay recently by arguing with HR and TL her salary got raised to 30k means after 4.6.years so you must think about it.Another thing about this company is break time is best because my previous company my break time was worse as the break was of 1 HR so if our break is completed and on urgent basis we got nature call then no matter what happens we cant go. That impacts your health so thats why here the break time is comfortable. Thats its i like this much only about this company.

As you have read what i liked about this company now we see the dislike about this company before reading this disadvantage about company its all depends upon you how you handle the situation.Now we start there are multiple things i didnt like about this company.1) The TL is worse for me as TL should have the knowledge about the department and cases but here the TL was so confused that we should sent the mail or not and if we sent a mail then whatever if we tried to improve ourseleves then also she will come with mistakes or she will not tell you that you should improve in this manner rather than she gets angry. And the issue of this company is not matter how new or old you are the public will always keep speaking bad about you and just they will show we are good to you but such persons are making your mental health down and you ll feel sick with that behaviour so such a negative impact on your life.You are feel tired and exhausted everyday you ll feel not to go to office due to such behaviour.There is no any supportive enviorment as such persons will show that they care and but such persons make your positive life negative and toxic as hell. You ll feel completely drained off due to this behaviour. If you said something wrong to senior person so they will remove thier anger professionally.Just last thing to say that choose a job which makes your life good not mentally exhaustive i know you ll tell that all places we have same vibes but if you think that you ll handle then you can try. If you mentally stable then you can conquer any situation in life.........Peace
