It is nice to work in the organisation but there is contract based jobs mostly for the fresher as well as for experienced candidates too, I am working currently which i like is the employees are pranks and mostly care about each other while working and doesn't disrespect anyone from the team. Once in a week or twice in the month there used to be a opportunity comes for IJP in TechMBPS. And its great for the employees to shift where we desire to work.. And there is a yearly paid leaves around 16 to 20 days PL apart form week off.

Dislikes

I dislike the contract job and the actual salary is more but through out the consultancy we get less salary as it is already spoken before the interview but i didn't understand why the consultancy is between employees and TechM, Many of my colleagues i have seen working on consultancy payroll for above 3 years but still they are not on TechMBPS payroll... And for candidates who agrees WFH get the WIFI allowance bht the allowance of night is not payable and the TechM virtual id is provided but not physical one. We can make surethis job is insecured in TechM beacuse of the contract quarterly or four months, recruiter hires as per client requirements and their business.

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

Dislikes

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

Dislikes

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own

Likes

Good in work life balance, provides good learning opportunities and provides trainings and certification opportunities. Retention policy is good.

Dislikes

Less hikes and promotions. Not much benifits apart from salary.
