If you are a lateral joiner, your salary increments will be meagre 1-2% , that too every 2 years if the appraisals take place( in last 6 years I saw appraisals happening on time only twice) be ready to face that those who have setting with higher management will get whopping 30% annual increments and you not only being denied raise, but you may also be on a radar to be thrown out any day. resource / talent management is pathetic, no proper matching of skills with job requirements, your skills may get deteriorated/out dated if you stick to a project for long and don't have drive within yourself to upgrade, reskill.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment
