Appraisal delayed to upto 9months. Currently year didn't happen yet. Every year since 2020 variable pay cuts undefined which technically reduces salary by 35-40% ctc annually with standard deductions. Which is a big problem with Tech Mahindra. And all of this happening unofficially & undiscussed & undisclosed. No one wants to speak about it no letter or email of why the payment cuts why variable pay was cancelled for quarters and quarters why the appraisals not happening.l whereas company is not operating at loss. A complete unethical brand.

You will get Variable pay every month if your in billing Post covid not presuuring to come to office Leaders are accessible, but they don't act on it

No appraisal, no hike in the salary....while hiring informed that will get hike now saying no hike in the salary only fix salary....and u won't get any leave benefits no sick leave at all...can't apply earn leave due to some internal policy HR not at all helping not expected from Tech M

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, we get many benefits such as shift allowance of 225rs/day if you work after 9 PM , mobile bill reimbursement 500rs/month, WFH (Internet) reimbursement 600rs/month. You get a lot of emails every day if you want to learn new technology, you can enroll yourself.

... office where they spend lot of time and again give you another old laptop. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They don’t give bonus.

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
