Best work culture within TechM , higher responsibilities, can take decisions independently and got support from leaders. Tremendous opportunities available for upskilling since last 3 years. Earlier when it was Satyam work culture was far better. Since TechM took over it, they have become typical Baniya company

Dislikes

No hike in last three years. Work culture is worst. if you are on bench , you are on the verge of losing the job. They do not have projects

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help
