No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

...ake. Then u will not get as u will have to report it within given time frame. No salary hike and when asked for it the manager will ask u to drop papers bluntly. Few things are in hand of ur TL and if u r lucky u can get few things like leaves and other things approved by TL and there is no direct growth opportunity. If u are performing extremely well then u will get acting roles and will ne stuck in it for months and few i saw years (5yrs😳) and the acting roles will be ur same salary based as early and later they will give u on papers afters very long time. The shift they will change anytime as per thier wish and say it is process requirements and for favourite ppl they will even give wfh and even if u perform well and give numbers u will be called office. Hippocratic. My manager gave his words in front of many give me numbers i will approve anything in my limits. When i went and talked i am out performing all those working from home he said let me look into it and now more than 2 months he is still looking into it and some ppl are getting wfh approved on what basis. Favoritism at peek. If u can impress ur manager and be a spoon this is the best place for u to work. If u have a dignity and don't like injustice think before accepting. 😇

Salary will be on last day of every month. After one year, you're eligible for IJP ( internal joining process)

I had WFH, so I'm having hard time balancing work life and personal life. Because shift timings is for 24/7.

The Dislikes List is Very Long .. But i want to Highlight one thing here Which is Related to salary, because eventually everybody wants to get smart salary but this organisation offering very cheap and low salary.
