Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

they wont provide any increment for WFH employees. i worked 3 years and 6months but same salary in day one to till end of the day. only salary structure is the main issue.
