Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market

Salary increament is very low and management is very bad. Not much employee centric and don’t give preference to employees social and personal life. Pressurized and negative environment. Bad policies about leaves

they wont provide any increment for WFH employees. i worked 3 years and 6months but same salary in day one to till end of the day. only salary structure is the main issue.

Techmahindra is best company about the salary part apart from the PLI.

Leave police is very bad, giving only 1.75 leave per month and also I have been hired for 5.5 day working but in the process, they are giving only one week off in every week.
