1) Salary would be based on project, but overall nothing much I like. 2) I am currently in a phase where I would be out from the company.

Dislikes

1) Too much corporate, even I am not eligible to take sick leave and have to be productive. 2) They recruited me in good package no doubt, but what I feel for small duration and responsibilities. This was a new innovative project for me with lots of challenges to learn, but on the mean time they engage me to train freshers on the team by upskilling them and finally make me out from the project. 3) The KT phase was good , but they given me responsibilities for 2-3 major tasks at a time, which I have to look. As I told there were freshers at the team, with them I have to handle tasks, so they got lots of opportunities to learn from my skillsets. Now they enough have learned and upgraded themself, so my manager decided to make me out from the project. So I was out from the project and in bench for 2Months. 4) After 2Months they added me at same project but on a different subsidy, now here there's a twist. The new project already have a big team still they added me in adhoc. Now they are expecting that without KT, I should be more productive; that means whatever tasks they would provide I should give enough output. and what I feel they wanted to prove I am worthless and useless, so that they could remove me from the company with a reason. -I have overall very bad experience with TechMahindra.

Customer first mindset is a double edged sword. Work life balance is different for different projects, and is very subjective privilege. Helped me a lot in terms of guidance and training on several grounds professional and personal.

Dislikes

Leaving Tech-Mahindra. Offers great opportunities but at the cost of subpar pay for beginners.

...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do

No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. On top this cut on variable pay too. Too bad and extremely disheartening. TechM never fails to disappoint its employees

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
