There is nothing as negative rating option to give. If you are smart don’t join with TechM but no other options then join to quit sooner to move on. Many are using TechM offer letters to negotiate with better companies. That is the best usage of TechM offers

It is a mom & pop shop. Very poor processes, no salary raise, no promotion, high handedness of old/well entrenched managers, Managers have no lever whatsoever to get their people to work as they have no Reward & Recognition lever to fall back on, Managers working from long term use their power to make or break careers of their team members, no transparency in the appraisal system, feedback comments are changed to throw inconvenient employees .

Dislikes

Poor processes, poor compensation, no salry raise, no promotion, bossism, very poor onsite salaried, slashing of variable pay by 75% to 100% during the pandemic.

No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.
