1. The Team Leaders & Colleagues were so good 2. Salary as committed didn't get delayed 3. Job security on top priority 4. Safe & Secure place to work, Strictly Accomplished with Government rules & regulations

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.
