No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
