This company is a total disaster u must mention. After working here for a while i found that this greedy platform only treats u like a serial no. No real human emotions at all. No matter how much efforts u put in u will always be downgraded. Your personal life will be non existent due to this company. They will force you for overtime work and will never appreciate your efforts whatever u do there will always be a mistake

The most dislikes are that the salary isn't satisfying, The personal life is completely disrupted, Will have to compromise with the health. This job is 0% secure

...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues

The process movement is not good at all in techmahindra. As movements are causing again ang again and no specific proper work security.
