We all know how service based organisation work would be but I wouldn’t mention anything wrong about the organisation but it’s all the top people who sits in the ladder who doesn’t know any tech stuff and treat you like shit. Yes I had very bad experience with my manager named Murugesh Radhakrishnan who is a guy treats people like shit and who doesn’t know any tech stuff but behave as if he knows everything. Backstabbing, want to work 7 days a week and the pressure he gives for the employees .. despite doing everything he wouldn’t be happy such a coward. Please don’t work under such person for god he shouldn’t be working because of him lots of well equipped skills person deliverables is getting spoiled.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
