I genuinely have nothing to say here.

This company feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. My partner waited six weeks without pay because "somebody forgot to submit bank details." Go through 3 weeks of "training" (somebody talking at you from 9-5, 5 days a week, questions going unanswered, completely clueless trainers) only to get onto the live floor and not have your login details for the required systems, you'd think after almost a month of working they'd have your work systems ready for you but no. Absolutely no communication within the company, I resigned and after my notice period was over, I was receiving calls and emails about my "job abandonment" told them I'd resigned and was met with "first we've heard of it." Months later, and I am still receiving emails from the company about "references not approved" and "security check incomplete" despite the fact that I have relayed my resignation multiple times, just to get the same email from the same person the next week. Really suspicious pay cycle, they pay "a week in arrears" claiming that because payroll is in another country, it takes too long to process pay properly. I've worked for a different company where payroll was overseas and never had this issue. Seems to be exclusive to Tech M. Never met my team leaders, never knew who my superiors were except for an exceptionally incompetent "trainer." Promised that after training we would WFH, finish training and suddenly we're WFH in 3 months, the next day we're WFH in 3 weeks, the day after that we're moving to a different office location and nobody is WFH. Complete scam of a company. If you hear from them, run.

Tech Mahindra peoples like manager team leaders and SME are best and Very friendly. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Dislikes

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues

Nothing the company culture is worst.

Dislikes

Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.
