I like tech mahindra which provides pick and dorp facilities and overall tech mahindra is good place to work

I did not like behavir of HR reason is my annual salary 20500 but in pace hr my annual salary is 19800. my team leader had talk with hr but hr people are not reaply. if any high authorities person is reicive my feedback please help me out issue is still not resolve. please take action again hr location Ahmedabad tech mahindra . And one more thing I am working still more than 1 year hr had not given offer letter. please help me I am still working in Tech mahindra.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.
