They interviewed me in one position and ask questions on core technology. The project I am working is totally irrelevant. The project I am working is not for carrier growth. Team is in toxic environment with no support from management. Too much politics. Unrealistic timelines and sprints. Non professional speeches during calls .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .Company polices are good.appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The company is open for innovation and to adopt new technologies. I got opportunity to travel abroad especially to US, GERMANY and UAE. I am very haapy that i was part of Mahindra Satyam and would like to join and work again in Mahindra Satyam.
