Not much positive within company due to salary. If you are working at client location then ok.

Dislikes

...Employee support or value. Some manager says any dog can do the job and etc.... More political behaviour by the managers in Australia region, some people only can get salary hike and promotion, if you are ready to adjust with manager for money and party then its easy to survey in Australia (specially for IT Infrastructure unit - IMS) even you will get PR sponsorship by the company but you weekly party and etc.... for manager. I don't think any other region have this kind of issues.

Office environment And the project that they are working with (Amazon North American project)

...ks (people who don't know the process are promoted as subject matter expertise 2 - Useless HR ( if you have a issue with salary, no use in going & having a meet with hr. She herself have no idea on what's happening) 3 - Hold bucket with management people you can be a manager ( work doesn't talk , holding bucket talks)

Overall experience is good. If you have a good team and manager, you will enjoy your time here. Good work environment and culture. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Lot of events held every year. Supportive in support events...etc

Dislikes

Not much option to upskill in certain areas. Not much compensation even if you work hard. No OT or shift allowance if you work on weekends (not for all).

...nd Gyms. There will be project to project and team to team different approaches. The variable pay will be good in comparison. The internal Workshops for career development will be on regular basis.

Dislikes

There will be a bond of 2 years for the freshers. Salary is decent for the career growth. The policies are not being that easily accessible.

...latively good job security for a company that works on a contract services base. But do not expect meaningful pay or career advancement.
