There's also a concerning culture where being unaware of new technologies is normalized, coupled with a lack of diversity in the field.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

Nothing yet, May be if you want to relax, this is better, as they won't have any challenging work. All you can do is work for you ticket for some time and finish it off. The time spent on the office work will be really less.

...r junior. Shouting, screaming and blame shift is very normal in day to day life. * Seniors will behave in a way they own you, they have bought you for that cheap salary they provide. * Office politics is very concerning. One who has not been in this type of culture will start to hate everything about the culture.

Long term engagement, long projects give job security.

Dislikes

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .
