...ates just to impress their clients also make them resign after use like puppets. If they don't like you they will find out any non compliance and give you ZTP , also salary structure is poor.

Everything. The supervisors, the promotion, the office politics, the salary and also the environment. The HR also listens to the manager and not the associates.

...es .they even don't pay attention to health ,poor management worst work culture. Salary they don't pay on time. They have lack of core company values. Employees working late or on weekends. They carry unsupportive environment with toxic job.

The management of Tech Mahindra Is not good, there is no personal life after join this company, There is No increment in their policy. no job security. If you are to do for 12hrs work then you can Join tech Mahindra.
