HR behaves very rude and unprofessional when you put your papers, she thinks she is the one who runs the company. Very poor hike even for the associates who are placed on the projects. If you put down paper then very less chance that they will retain you.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.
