... months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench. You can, but they deduct some of your salary. - You will see your juniors join and experience the same things as you. Even though they have no projects they keep recruiting.

They have asked to work in client location in that there are basic facilities like having our own desktop, each desktop having 3 people to work and that AC will get in to repair every week they will not provide any thing in night shift like coffee & Tea, even start up company will have more facilities

Increments in salary doesn't make much difference. Regarding promotions, it's like once in a blue moon. Job security is a bit ok, but it also depends on our luck. Coming to skill development and learning, Tech Mahindra is providing one of the best opportunity to learn skills. Work satisfaction and company culture are ok.

I didn't like the work culture, as everyone outside already know Tech Mahindra has toxic work culture.

Toxic Work Culture, Less Compensation, Pressure on freshers, No Entry Level Training, Office Politics, Zero Work Life Balance.

They use to put it on Bench to fresher. Poor growth for them.

Dislikes

Less Pay They don't take feedback for mentors and managers. They only take feedback for us. And review us on the basis of senior reviews. It really impacted our appraisal.
