But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

Many....no work life balance Transport clubbing issue No appraisal No extra perks Undeserving people get promotion Undeserving people are on higher management Currently in the poorest department of all no RNR if there is any in that too they award the managers and not the employees who has done all the hard work No appreciation

Salary is too low as compared to Current market everyone is crying, from top to bottom designation. No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this. They need to focus on promotion. And salary

1. No projects 2. Projects are not allocated as per the tech stack. 3. No hike. 4. Pathetic management 5. Do not join indian mnc specially tach mahindra they will screw your carrier like anything. 6. Bench system is not good.
