Thanks to Tech Mahindra to help many peoples to live happy with there family but I would like to inform increase salary so everyone will work perfect and sensuously because if you conduct something you have to set like a GC coupons because everyone wants money right so they happily be with techm if you increase salary goo

The organisation is good in terms of support from leads but the salary nd benefits part is not that good as the company doesn't provide any kind of bonus.

The salary part and frequent changes in shifts and teams distract sometimes.

Commission plan was good and some of the Leaders are very supportive.

...ay. Job security is 0 your lead will always show you that they can kick you out. And you will always have issue with your salary this will happen each and every month and no one cares about that.

There is a lot of people and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.

You can jump to different teams internally if you are not satisfied with current role. There are alot of upskilling programmes which are free of cost

You will not get a salary raise. The last appraisal hike was in 2019 April it's 2021 April and there is no appraisal. The company finds ways to cut your salary. Low paid associates are hit worst due to these paycuts. They conduct internal training programs which no MBA institute will provide but they will not give you a salary hike. They will reap higher profits and benefits during covid but they will not grant you a hike. The company is least bothered about its low paid associates (3 to 6Lpa). They will put the blame on Covid and other economic crisis for giving you a paycut while they perform well like no other quarter in history. They will offer you very less than the industrial standard. Onsite is limited. Above all I don't know how they got the 'best place to work' for award!! It's hilarious. Attrition is at 17%. You will be made to work from 9am to 11pm. They have an intern program, they take Freshers and don't pay them for 9 months but get all the work done. After 9 months you will be asked to resign please don't join this company if you wish to suffer!
