It was a great company to work but when decided to close they took mass resignation indivisualy and the compensation was 2 months salary after working for 14years in the company. Even they didn't pay incentives also for the orders got.

It originated in 1976, It developed the first indigenous micro–computer at the same time as Apple and 3 years before IBM's PC – in 1978. This micro–computer virtually gave birth to the Indian computer industry.

...ce u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years

Likes

Good technical learning and work on new technologies. Lot of importance work is happening from India and even some of Indian group have good control on work definition and architecture

Dislikes

... every year. Because of this growth apportunity is very less within the company. Salary hike given is within 5 percent even after getting exceptionally good rating. No travel apportunity for Indian employees.

Matured CFO and upper management. Understand the situation and have empathy with their employees. Flexible working hours 2-3 day work from home

Dislikes

...ryone try to avoid talking with him/her No skill development, No job security. No growth in salary for current employees. 5 days working but most of the time you have to work on weekends.

The atmosphere is awesome. Canteen food other infrastructure is great.

Dislikes

...lost my money just because of their carelessness and no actions have been taken. We have to pay for cab facility. There is no night shift allowance. There is no attendance allowance.
