...nterview for 3 years experience AEM developer role. 2 technical round+ HR Round. Feedback was positive and expected salary was in the budget as well. Still HR keeps ghosting me everyday since 3 weeks saying that approval is pending from upper management. Don't join tech Mahindra..worst experience.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
