... very far frm bustop. Had a very bad experience in techM. Monthly leaves only 1.75 if u r hospitalized then also u will only get 6 leaves above that it will be loss of pay. There is a list of lies they have frm joining till date so I recommend not to join techM there management is worst.

Tech mahendra is a nice place for work and salary is good and also van facility for girls. i was in tech mahendra bpo in vadodara But some senior people have so much attitude Senior people thinking is we are not employee's of the company we are owner of the company. When I was in techmahindra bpo one senior people saying tum logo ka promotion mere hath mein hain then Then I am laugh. Bhai tera promotion tere pass rakh na 😂😂😂😂 Otherwise company is good and also management

...creasing they will fell u like ur unfit to do any job, they will demotivate you. 👎No ethics and value, No equality,No paid leaves, No promotions,No salary hike,No work life balance, and very less salary ☹️ U will only get hike or promotion when ur favour with TL, otherwise they will be rude with you They will force you to login 1hr before and logout after 1hr , as already our working hours is 9.50 🫠. Only night shifts, no night allowances,

...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do
