Tech Mahindra is the worst company, there policies there culture everything is just disaster. Management is not helpful at all. Here there is no holidays for Indian festival they just want us to work like there servent 24/7. If anyone wants to start there carrier from tech Mahindra please don't ruin your life here.

If you’re joining tech Mahindra, remember there’s no professionalism and promotions are based on personal relationships if you don’t have it with anyone then they’ll make your life hell, forget about your mental health because they’ll put you in a situation where you’ll not able to work or leave the organisation. While in interview HR will say some package after joining they will decrease the package. No proper breaks pressure frm client to work for 8 hr actively. No proper QA for evey simple thing they will give u fatal or ZT. If u dont carry your own water bottle then you will be left thirsty bcoz they is not even a glass to drink for employees. No cab only 1 weekoff it is very far frm bustop. Had a very bad experience in techM. Monthly leaves only 1.75 if u r hospitalized then also u will only get 6 leaves above that it will be loss of pay. There is a list of lies they have frm joining till date so I recommend not to join techM there management is worst....Read More
