Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

Very low salary no better increment no promotion chance no growth overall its not a good company There is Parcalty in the process for who is working good. If you are giving your 100% then tl will force you to do more work. Even if you are sick they don't allow you to take leaves.

Work environment and culture good I'm glad to be a part & with in this lockdown situation company never stop our salary in every month they provide our whole salary & in lockdown situation they provide work form home that the employee can work in home .

After doing all those thing like providing work from home and salary on time we have no job security now we all are in a notice period in future we don't know our job is safe or not we all in redeployment period
