They give you responsibilities irrespective of you age and experience because which more of the person fell down.

Dislikes

They have attitude by which they dont value their employees, very resistive in giving promotions and increment, no provision for reimbursement on time and bonus, they put extra responsibility of other person also if he/ she is resigned, not at account settlement and after resign farewells and well wishes.

Likes

The company was lean, so not many levels in the organisation structure. One could directly interface and work with the directors of the company who were very smart, at least what I felt about them as I was a fresher. Less of politics as less hierarchy makes things transparent. Responsibility/Accountability per person is more which also translates to too much work load, but as a collateral effect you learn a lot.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Whipping is the only way they know to get the work done from people. If work demands forget your weekly offs, you can be called any time. It's a company run by capitalists and power hungry people where sensitivity has no place, ruthlessly pragmatic, survival of the fittest. Work if power and money gives you that testosterone drive.You'll definitely learn a lot but lose more of your health.
