Company is good. Since march 3rd week they started WFH. Company used to pay phone & internet bills. Nice work cultural.

...place. She will demotivate/disrespect you if you are not a good listener to her. Upper management will not help you after knowing your capability/ after seeing your performance because they wants cost cutting of the company. Teamware dosen't care about honest/ yeild employees due to dirty office politics.

It's very worst experience in teamware solutions. If client period is over they didn't pay salary even contract period is not over also they didn't pay single repuee also. And they didn't deployment other clients also.

Dislikes

Leave encashment is not an option, but introducing employee recognition programs, such as "Employee of the Month" or similar titles, could motivate employees and encourage them to focus more on their work.
