Company is good. Salary and reimbursements are on time. Managers are good and supportive. Specifically if I talk about the job security then for that need to wait and watch during these unprecedent times. Yet Can't be sure for anything.

Nothing to like as a professional - No Growth - leaders are pathetic decision makers where the frontline has to pay for listening you are the one who is incapable. - No products No services but expect revenue with Not eligible leads terrible marketing team - creates images very quickly and treats like you committed a crime. Total favouritism. - the list will go on - will never recommend to work here to anyone.

No product. No business model. They have only one business model: Hire a person and ask them to bring business. Tips to servive: Bring Jhalmuri, tea, coffee, plates for lunch, water bottle for top bosses in Noida office. No intellectual growth zonal head will keep his stuffs at one place and he will ask his team members to bring it at other place. Zonal head is a great orator but with no business sense. Rather than spending time with team he sits with VP entire day to influence him and save his job. He is very poor in numbers and way beyond his AOP numbers. Still surviving on the mercy of VP. VP consumer business is a highly energetic person but runs business as in education business was used to run 20 years ago. He is very insecure and lives in fear that no one should interact with HO and share ideas. CEO never interacts with team down the line. More than 10 years but he couldn't bring even a 100 cr business in a financial year Marketing head don't the M of marketing. She is one of the reason that this boat is sinking day by day. Top bosses has kept there relatives in the team. This shop will be shut soon

Politics especially by old timers Ex promoter and his wife still controlling the company Impossible targets are given to new commers Old timers bully new comers and make sure you lose job as they have formed a GANG Noida has a V.P BOSE who harasses even pregnant ladies and fires them. All ladies leave with 4-5 months of JOINING Ex Promoters Shantanu Rooj made Kavita Rooj VP Marketing who doesn;t know anything Finance , IT and Operations have OLDIES / FRIENDS of Ex Promoter Shantanu Rooj the useless
