Team lease don't care about employees problem they don't entertain once they onboard, all team lease hiring employees including hr senior hr have bad attitude towards employees

No appraisal no salary increment, they cheat on salary , all team lease HR having bad behaviour and bad attitude towards employees, i will suggest to all whoever is reading this just remove 1yr of ur taking job here for name sake nd then switch job in other bank on payroll

Terrible..salary in TL is worst than security guards and pantry boys. V don't know who is HR?. U never know what is going to b. Next...never opt for it..search on role jobs or die unemployed rather working with these leasing companies.

Only on time salary, I was receiving.

There are maximum things which was very bad. 1. In the matter of increment in salary, they don't support or don't pressurized to client like others service provider. 2. Also their client do pressurized to employee to give extra hours but they don't say anything.. 3. Their client only increase the position of staff but don't increase the salary. Their client believes that we are fool. 4. In maximum company, in fact where I was working on-roll employee was getting two time bonus with incentive but we are not. In-spite of doing hard-work, there is no increment.

I'd good opportunity to work with them,but unfortunately I leaved my position due to my Personal issues, since that I feel uncomfortable to be an employee of another company....i learned many things from their responsibilitys.....i missing much.....again am expecting to do the work as an engineer....

Not getting enough salary as per the experience of workmens... That's it....

Good work environment and culture. Good training for self development and company projects. Job timing is better and convenient for employees.

In existence company Cipla, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
