limited career growth opportunities, high employee turnover, inconsistent salary increases, poor HR responsiveness, lack of job security, feeling of pressure due to tight deadlines, and sometimes a perception of an overly focused "contract role" culture where long-term stability might not be guaranteed.

Nothing, they make fool to the employees when it comes to salary, appraisal, and hikes.

Dislikes

They do not follow any TAT still my F&F is pending and its more than 60 days now. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS CONSULTING FIRM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE AS THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME.

Worst company in crediting salary and allowances not willing to credit hard earned money of our salary, changing the salary slip after crediting the amount fraudd feature company.
