Worst experience ever. They fired us at the time of covid -19 without any reason.

...f grabbing incentives north eastern are the one who are getting full incentives. And also they are deducting salary of the employees without any reason and after that gives stupid reasons.

I like lots of thing in teamlease but if you want name some so salary,No false deduction in salary,On boarding and exit process is very smooth and some are the policies which falls in favour of employee.

The managment was poor, Internal politics, favouritism.

Good company with lots of team members, healthy work environment, Supportive manager, timely payment. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is OK but career growth is slow. There is one year bond. Have to work accordingly client requirements. On the job -training is not given to new joiners.

Good employee friendly culture, Once we get to know how to handle work pressure and handling clients work life balance will be easy. It is fully developed system. Colleagues, managers all are very supportive. Good work culture.

Less pay, people who hired newly will get paid more than the existing employee.

Team lease is a reputed company ..work life balance is very good and important thing is that everyone will help it out even they are CEO so ..work culture is excellent.i love this company..
