They giving good package but they fully depended on clients

I remember very well when I was in Teamlease. He had some problems with his client and suddenly he broke the relationship with the client. The decision to continue the organisation it's was very difficult as we were assigned to a specific client & project . Then as per client side manager we resigned from Teamlease and continue with same project but with other third party organisation. I would say it's was a very bad experience.

After 5 year no salary hike policy and no pramotion I have been working in it for the last 5 years but my salary has not increased even by 5 thousand.. I hope you understand my situation

No Increment provided before joining, No any facility provided by company, Salary Gape of 4k between CTC and on hand, 2 month notice period, certificate not provided in 1 month notice period, company policy will be change any time after joining, i suggest you all never join this company, if you join then your career will be lost, if you want to join as your wish.

Good but coordinator not support job not a permanent and then salary some issue there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of years before which you cannot region. On the job training is not given to new joinees 😊
