They take 10to20 days for joining . they detect 15to20 days salary of new employees. The detect of every month but they don't deposit in epfo the transfer it to their trust . even they don't provide atleast a I'd card . its been 6months from my last working day till date I cont even my of amount and even tho is not showing when I tried check by loving in epfo site if I contact then they are responding in one word saying that you can withdrew in next month this is how TEAM LEASE management is responded to me from the past 3 months .

I lost it if there was any as didn't credit my last salary after last working day

They do not credit final salary after resignation. I left this company on 20th June and 20days salary never credited. They stopped responding to my emails and calls.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our ISSUSE salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Only on time salary, I was receiving.

There are maximum things which was very bad. 1. In the matter of increment in salary, they don't support or don't pressurized to client like others service provider. 2. Also their client do pressurized to employee to give extra hours but they don't say anything.. 3. Their client only increase the position of staff but don't increase the salary. Their client believes that we are fool. 4. In maximum company, in fact where I was working on-roll employee was getting two time bonus with incentive but we are not. In-spite of doing hard-work, there is no increment.

Team lease services helped me in understanding chennai market

Dislikes

...work for more than 12hours a day and sometimes more most probably on month ends. Holding our salary is common with Teamlease and they say it as technical error.
