First they Say that there is Attendance flexibility than they raise issues on your attendance. Company director Jatin puts lots of pressure on team. they dont give respect to Inside Sales People. Too much politics in company. If you are in good books of senior than you are the king otherwise you will be told to leave on basis of discipline & not following company policies.

An IT company showing growth during pandemic and STILL delaying appraisals! CEO funnels money into private projects like his resort and complains of not showing enough EBITDA. Managers will not support during review. Unless you show that you're putting in extra hours no appreciation. More about showing work than doing. Upper management is not interested in condition of individual contributors.

HR will never answer your calls and will always give you false hope of salary increment and when you ask it over a mail they will escalate stating why did you mailed our conversation "mere zabaan ka koi bharosa karo" For two months when before I left the company I had a offer from another company with higher package. Team computers HR and their regional head promised me they'll match the salary so I stayed back and for 2 months I was been mailing the HR and the regional head and there was no response nor salary increment. Be careful before you join this company.

Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.

Salary on time Connectivity with CEO if there is an issue , he might blow it out of proportions but atleast your concerns get a response , even if later action isn't taken.

Non technical people expected to make technical decisions A lot of internal politics The people he keeps closest to him atleast in this resort endeavours keep lying to him and the CEO believes them blindly, and starts behaving erratic and showing how much of an unprofessional jerk he can be
