...well as smart work but the Managers are very bad bcz they always using politics. Salary is very decent and growth is very slow. They are not organise any other activities but organise only who is in office. No facilities are provided by the company.

Management politics slow (No) career growth slow salary growth management are on leave during festival but no leave management for engineers No benefits or training for Re engineer and No bonus No leave encashment.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, Team is good for fresher to learn. Interview will be easy to join. very comfortable to work in Team. Team will Teach every thing in work. It is good to join in Team.

Work culture is bad, very less salary compare to market, managers are not helpful and supportive, 6 days working Mon to Saturday. Need to work on client site. Need to do extra work apart from your job role for ex : if you selected for Server admin profile need to do helpdesk and Desktop support job also. If you are experienced take another company offer.

1) In the matter of reimbursement claim the support provided by company is very poor. 2) In term of growth & Bonus i was personally not satisfied, as I’m working with team computers from last 2 Year, i have not received any increment even after commitments at the time of joining. 3) pay scale was little low compare to other company like team computers. 4) overall i would not advise to join team computers, because no one can recognise your efforts. 5) management of HR it’s just show off about everything, they’re just dropping you lot of promotional emails, meetings & all, but resolution of problem of his-her employe is zero.
