Other than connectors and sensors, they will have to bring diversification in their market products.

Its great company for new learning and company keeps reinveting its process if it's not aligned to its vision.

India teams compensation is not increased that much for past three years which is major downfall.

...rmance. There is no mentoring programs or any such programs to help an employee. Pay is not at par market and is very low. The HR and managers are not a perfect fit to work for a MNC organization

The culture & the opportunities I got as an individual where i did not find any discrimination and Global level knowledge sharing was very good

Dislikes

I found no politics in my team and travel policy was very easy and salary is more satisfactory mainly in flexible pay . Only I found was lack of career growth

TE connectivity was my Design career first company,I had good team mates,but with some mischief young guys playing with career in support of top management ( as people will be same every where).Overall it was a good experience with good support of some good managers, learnt lot of things on design and development of connector for automative application.

Dislikes

Compensation is descent,but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individual but provide preferanc for close to them.Appraisals was never made on employees effort.Initally there was good support for Freshers but as time passed lot of things changed in way culture had become so bad in such a way that person who trained individual was targeted to quit company,this pians more.
