Dislikes

- No clear demarcation between ownership & management. The owners/Directors tend to micro manage & interfere in day to day activities/decisions which should normally be left to respective HOD's. - Lack of proper HR team or well defined training, appraisal & career growth policies. - Commitments made at the time of recruitment are often not honored subsequently.
