Good place for freshers, vast learning opportunities. No boundaries for learning.

Dislikes

Substandard compensation and benefit. Poor HR policies. Corrupt and incompetent top management. No growth opportunity for talented and hardworking honest staff.

More product ownership. Manufacturing facility and design available in same place. Can learn design from scratch.

Dislikes

Very less tools for calculation. No documents or internal design standards all works with word of mouth from seniors. Canteen food is not good. No medical insurance.

Worst working culture and higher work load and pressure. Most of the times, employees are asked to stay for longer duration in a day and complete the work. Non ethical company. Even though it is 5 day working in R& D Employee is asked to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Employer will ask to sign a bond for 5 years mandatory before providing offer letter.
